Chad Hardy aka. The Mastermind
When Chad is not scheming to take over the world with disco dancers on roller-skates, he spends his time coming up with fresh ideas to help people better their relationships in the professional world. Hailing from a theatrical performance background, Chad quickly realized that it is much more fun being the creator than the creation. After being employed as an Entertainment Director for Larry H. Miller Sports & Entertainment, his entrepreneurial spirit took flight with an incredible journey of producing award-winning events and celebrity parties to living his passion of bringing people together with revitalization community happenings. Chad’s creative flair and his zest of putting fun back in life led him to dreaming up AdVenture Group. Nothing brings Chad more joy than to laugh at people having fun while entangled in one of his mastermind creations.
Fred Brodsky aka. The Spin Doctor
When Fred was growing up in suburban Maryland, just outside of Washington DC, he dreamt one day of being a doctor. After realizing the amount of schooling it would require, not to mention his dislike of needles and blood, it didn’t take long for him to realize the only kind of doctor he wanted to be was a spin doctor. Fred’s spinning began in 1998 (long before it became a fad in fitness clubs across the country) when he created his first, hospitality related business, the Golf Authority. Like any good doctor, he has a love of golf, and created the company to bridge the gap between hotels and golf courses for convention groups visiting Las Vegas. After quickly becoming the biggest booker of group golf in Las Vegas, Fred went on to create and operate a number of different hospitality related companies before setting his sights on the development of AdVenture Group. Other than a successful organ transplant, there is nothing Fred likes more than introducing the amazing concepts and programs that AdVenture Group offers to the myriads of meeting planners and marketeers that he has met throughout his career.
